Thank you for visiting and shopping at shopananke.com. We currently offer three shipping options within the continental United States: Standard, Expedited, and Express. While we typically use the USPS, we reserve the right to choose the best option (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) for shipping to any area.

Domestic Shipping Policy

How long will it take to process my order?

All orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 2 pm PST or on a weekend or holiday will be processed the following open business day. Sometimes we experience a high volume of orders. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email or telephone.

How are my shipping charges determined?

The cost for shipping is based upon selected shipping method. Use the table below as a quick reference for calculating the shipping charge for an order. An additional shipping surcharge may apply to some items due to their size and weight. (For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii see surcharge fees below).

Do you ship outside the continental United States?

Yes! We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

How do I receive shipping information?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Are there additional fees?

Depending on the shipping destination there might be additional surcharges applied to your order (handling fees, customs charges, etc.).

Who do I contact if my package is damaged?

We hope this doesn't happen! Please contact the shipper and file a claim. It is best to document with photographs, as well as saving all packaging materials.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
